Customers managing multiple channels (websites, apps, regions) were forced to use separate projects for each channel, leading to cumbersome manual content operations, error-prone duplication, and content silos despite shared content and models.

Led collaborative workshops to explore the solution space and align stakeholders.

🎨 Initial Prototypes
Created early prototypes tested with content developers (copywriters) to validate design directions.



🔬 Usability Study
Conducted 5 usability testing sessions with external participants to validate the design before development.
🧩 Design System Updates
Updated several design system components to support Spaces functionality, ensuring consistency across the product.

🎓 Feature Onboarding
Designed onboarding flow to communicate product updates and help users maximize benefits of the new feature.



🚀 Release
Spaces introduced a new organizational layer in Kontent.ai providing channel-specific context for content. Customers no longer need to juggle multiple websites in separate projects, eliminating unwanted silos.
